Where will my massage or bodywork session take place?

I have an office located off Coliseum/Hobson and I offer mobile services, so the massage can be at your house.

There are numerous types of massage and bodywork; please see the "Services" page for types of massage and their description. We can discuss which methods may be most appropriate for you.

What are the benefits of massage and bodywork Post- Surgery

A massage can help reduce swelling, fluid buildup, or fibroids from forming. A massage can help the body heal after it has experienced trauma from surgery.

Are there any medical conditions that would make massage or bodywork inadvisable?

Yes. That's why it's imperative that, before you begin your session, for me to ask general health questions. It is very important that you inform me of any health problems or medications you are taking.

How often should I have Manual Lymph Drainage after Plastic Surgery?

It really depends on your pain level. I advise 2-3 times a week, however, some clients need a session once a day for the first week. After I get done working on you, I will let the client know how many sessions I would recommend.
